Jennifer Garner breaks down in tears as she watches her and Ben Affleck’s daughter graduate

Jennifer Garner was visibly moved to tears during her daughter’s graduation ceremony.

The 52-year-old actress took to Instagram to share her emotional response with a series of teary-eyed selfies as she celebrated this significant milestone in her daughter Violet Affleck’s life, whom she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

In the photos she posted, Garner is seen applauding proudly in the first image as she stands in the venue, overwhelmed with emotion. Subsequent photos capture her wiping away tears and smiling at the camera, and again later on a plane, reflecting on the day’s events.

This was followed by a video of the star lifting up her glasses to wipe more tears as she asked: “How are we going to make it? What are we going to do?”

And the last shot was of her wearing transparent 2024 shades while posing for the camera.

The star also added in the caption: “Tell me you have a graduate without telling me you have a graduate. (bless our hearts…)

Comments poured in, with many recalling their own experiences of seeing their kids flourish.

“Oh honey… I know. You have done a great job , mama! I will be here for support and lots of hugs,” Reese Witherspoon wrote, while Gwyneth Paltrow also added: “I’m sooooo with you.”

It is unclear whether Affleck was at the event to support his daughter, though he was also missing on Monday while Jennifer Lopez walked the red carpet at the premiere of her latest movie, Atlas.

Garner and Affleck also share two other children, the middle child, Fin Affleck, 15, and the youngest, Samuel, 11.
