See how a woman transformed a 43 m² old apartment into a modern home.

This apartment was purchased not for personal living but as an investment project, with plans for future rental or profitable resale. The interior was in poor condition, with outdated finishes and cluttered rooms requiring immediate renovation.

Before starting the renovation, the space was completely cleared of old materials and unnecessary items.

Replanning / Redesigning

As part of the redesign, load-bearing walls were removed, and new partitions were built, allowing for a more efficient organization of the space to suit modern design.

Hallway

The changes allowed for an expanded bathroom area, slightly reducing the hallway space.

The floor was covered with laminate, and the walls were painted in a combination of white and blue. A hanging console was placed near the entrance, and a large mirror with a vibrant ottoman was installed opposite it.

The hallway also features a spacious wardrobe area without built-in furniture, allowing future tenants the freedom to personalize the space.

Kitchen

The entrance to the kitchen was relocated during the renovation.

Despite its compact size, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.

The corner kitchen set with white facades is complemented by glossy gray-blue tiles on the backsplash. The countertop is made from particle board, while the reveals are painted in a bright wash color that adds accents. The windowsill is made of natural wood, adding warmth to the interior.

Living Room

A dining area with a round table was positioned between the kitchen and the living room.

The walls are finished with light wallpaper, creating an atmosphere of warmth and coziness.

In the center of the room is a modern sofa, and the wall is decorated with a decorative panel.

The area for the TV remains open for new owners to purchase their own equipment.

Bedroom

To increase the size of the bedroom, one of the walls was slightly moved.

In the center of the room is a spacious bed, and next to it is a 3.9 m² walk-in closet, which, like in the hallway, is left empty for the convenience of future residents.

Bathroom

After the renovation, the bathroom was finished with white tiles and bright orange paint on the walls.

An innovative solution was the niche for the washing machine, while the black plumbing fixtures added elegance and a modern touch to the interior.

The apartment has thus received an updated look with a thoughtful design, making it ideal for rent or resale with profit.
