She shared two powerful photos side by side—one of her cradling Shelby as a baby, and the other of him now, grown and standing proudly beside the plane he flew solo. Across the photos, the words read:
“Turned around to check on you, and realized you’re not my newborn anymore.”

“Safe to say, he’s gonna fly. So proud of Shelby for taking his first solo flight!”
