Al Pacino and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, celebrated the arrival of their son Roman in June this year. This event marked Pacino’s fourth time becoming a father and was Alfallah’s first child.

Roman was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6. Just six days after his birth, Alfallah and Pacino completed a voluntary declaration of parentage. This document formally recognizes Pacino’s paternity of Roman.

The document was included in Alfallah’s court filing as she sought custody of their infant. Reports indicate that Alfallah is asking for full physical custody, meaning the child would primarily reside with her. She proposes that Pacino be granted “reasonable visitation.”

This arrangement would allow the infant to live with her while ensuring that Pacino has a “reasonable right of parenting time,” enabling him to maintain a relationship with his child.

Although the custody filing might suggest troubles, Pacino’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, insists that is not the case. He clarified to the media that Pacino and Alfallah are still together.

“Al and Noor have collaboratively and amicably reached agreements concerning their child Roman,” Rosenfeld stated, confirming, “They are together.”

Regarding the reasons behind Noor’s decision to file the suit, Rosenfeld noted, “That is a question for Noor.”

Reflecting on the birth of his son, Pacino made a rare comment, describing it as “very special” and adding, “It always has been. I have many kids, but having a child at this time in my life is really special.”
