Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson & Tucker Wetmore Join Amazon Music’s Country Music Month Celebration
Nashville, TN — This October, Amazon Music is going big for Country Music Month, taking its flagship country brand, Country Heat, to a stage that defines the heart of country music — the Grand Ole Opry.
On October 21, the Opry will glow in Country Heat’s signature orange, trading its traditional red for a night that celebrates both the heritage and the future of the genre. The event will feature powerhouse performances from Lainey Wilson, Dan + Shay, Russell Dickerson, Lauren Alaina, and Carter Faith, with hosting duties handled by Country Heat Weekly podcast co-hosts Amber Anderson and Kelly Sutton.

Kane Brown Kicks Off the Celebration with a Game Day Twist
To get fans ready for the month-long celebration, Amazon Music has started rolling out four exclusive new tracks — and Kane Brown is leading the charge.
On September 25, Brown dropped a “Game Day Version” of his hit single “2 Pair”, complete with marching band energy and stadium-ready drums.
“I love that my fans have made ‘2 Pair’ the song of the summer — so how about a version for the football season with a drumline and marching band?” Brown shared. “Hope this gets you pumped up. Go Dawgs!”
The remix brings a whole new spirit to the song, blending country swagger with that Friday-night-lights excitement that only live band energy can deliver.
New Originals from Country’s Rising Voices
Amazon Music isn’t stopping there. The celebration continues with three more exclusive originals dropping throughout October:
-
Oct. 3: Noeline Hofmann puts her spin on Guy Clark’s “Dublin Blues.”
-
Oct. 10: Tucker Wetmore revives the Southern rock anthem “Keep Your Hands to Yourself” by The Georgia Satellites.
-
Oct. 21: Carter Faith will debut her cover of Addison Rae’s “Fame Is A Gun” live on the Opry stage.
A Celebration of Country’s Past and Future
“Country Music Month at Amazon Music is about honoring our genre’s rich heritage while pushing into exciting new territory,” said Michelle Tigard Kammerer, Amazon Music’s Global Head of Country Music.
“From Kane Brown bringing marching band energy to ‘2 Pair’ to lighting up the Opry barn in Country Heat orange — we’re creating moments that celebrate where country music has been and where it’s headed.”
She added that seeing both new and established artists share the historic Opry stage captures exactly what makes country music so powerful: the bond between the stories, the songs, and the fans.
Country Heat’s Incredible Journey
Since launching in 2016, Country Heat has become one of the most beloved country brands in streaming, surpassing 30 billion streams in the U.S. alone.
“What amazes me most about country music’s growth on Amazon Music is how it reflects the deep connection between artists and fans,” Kammerer said. “We dreamed of creating a home where listeners could discover their next favorite song or artist, and now we’re helping write the next chapter of country music history together.”
A Tradition Rooted in History

Country Music Month holds a special place in American music heritage. It was officially recognized in 1973, following a presidential proclamation inspired by a letter Johnny Cash wrote to President Richard Nixon two years earlier — asking for a month dedicated to celebrating country’s cultural impact.
Decades later, that legacy lives on — and this October, Amazon Music is making sure it shines brighter than ever.
