Post Malone Is Going Country Again — And He’s Bringing Some Big Names With Him
|After the massive success of his genre-blending F-1 Trillion album, Post Malone is officially doubling down on country music — and fans couldn’t be more excited.
During his headlining set at Coachella, Posty gave fans a surprise update: he’s deep into a brand-new country project and already has around 35 songs in the works. The best part? He’s collaborating with some of Nashville’s biggest hitmakers, including Thomas Rhett, HARDY, Ernest, and more.
“We just have fun. We just sit and f***ing talk and make songs,” he told the crowd, grinning.
“And so I’m pretty excited for the new record already.”
From Rockstar to Country Star
Post Malone’s transition into country didn’t come out of nowhere — his love for the genre has been no secret. Over the years, he’s covered classic country hits, teased collabs with country artists, and finally made the leap with F-1 Trillion, which quickly gained traction with both longtime fans and country loyalists alike.
The blend of Post’s signature storytelling, heartfelt vocals, and country production struck a chord with listeners — and it’s clear he’s found something that feels authentic.
New Music Coming “Very, Very Soon”
While no official release date has been announced, Posty didn’t leave fans hanging. He teased that we can expect new music “very, very soon” — and with a vault of 35+ songs, it sounds like we’re in for a full-on era of Post Malone country.
Whether you’re here for the beer-soaked heartbreak anthems or the unexpected genre mashups, one thing’s for sure: Post Malone is rewriting the rules of modern country, and it’s sounding pretty damn good.
🎵 Stay tuned — Posty’s country chapter is just getting started.
🔥 And if this next record is anything like the last, it’s going to shake up Nashville in the best way.
