The 34-year-old singer recently visited Lisbon, Portugal, as a highlight of her record-setting Eras tour. Last Friday, she performed at the Estádio da Luz. The concert, spanning three and a half hours, showcases ten distinct acts, each representing a different era in Swift’s career and the albums she has released.

Swifties, as her fans are affectionately known, might be aware that Swift has been distributing trilby hats from her “Red” era on the tour. During this phase, associated with her 2012 album “Red,” she was known for her black trilby, short shorts, sequined tops, and horizontal stripes. She wears this hat during her performance of “22,” the fourth single from the album.

At the close of each show on her Eras tour, Swift makes it a point to visit an audience member and gift them a “22” hat. During her Friday performance, she approached a young fan who was singing along with great enthusiasm. The fan was visibly moved, shedding tears of joy as Swift embraced her and handed over the treasured trilby.

The poignant moment continued as Swift gave the young fan a high five, after which the girl blew a kiss back to the singer. Swift then rejoined her dancers to continue the show. The following day, a fan account called The Swift Society, now on X (formerly Twitter), posted a video of this touching exchange. The video quickly went viral, amassing over half a million views.
