Carrie Underwood Makes History as Longest-Running Female Country Headliner in Las Vegas with Her Final REFLECTION Show

Carrie Underwood brought her three-year REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency to an unforgettable close on Saturday, completing 72 shows and captivating over 300,000 fans at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas.

As the first and longest-running headliner at Resorts World Theatre, the eight-time GRAMMY winner also made history by securing the title of the longest-running solo female country artist in a Las Vegas residency, leaving her mark on the iconic Vegas Strip.

On the final night of the residency, the Oklahoma native took a moment to express her gratitude and reflect on what had become one of the defining milestones of her career.

REFLECTION has truly been one of the standout moments of my performing career so far,” Underwood shared. “It’s a production I’m so incredibly proud of, and I’ve had so much fun performing it over the past three years. I’ve loved being in Las Vegas, welcoming fans from around the world. It’s been so special to reflect on the first 20 years of my career, and I’ve loved being on stage every night with my band and all the incredible performers. A huge thank you to AEG Presents, Resorts World, and Las Vegas for making my first residency such an amazing experience!”

Underwood’s residency was met with rave reviews from fans and critics alike, with its stunning special effects, pyrotechnics, and innovative visual and audio technology. The show’s elaborate production, designed specifically for Las Vegas, featured awe-inspiring set pieces, including a breathtaking elevating waterfall that capped off the performance in spectacular fashion.

Earlier this year, REFLECTION made its way to the small screen with a concert special on Hulu, giving viewers a front-row seat to the larger-than-life show at Resorts World Theatre.

“Reflection is about celebrating what we’ve accomplished and looking back on all the amazing things we’ve been able to do,” Underwood said. “It’s also a visually dynamic experience, and it just seemed like the perfect concept for what we could bring to the stage.”

In a touching moment, Underwood also presented a $236,844 check to Make-A-Wish, representing the contributions of every fan who attended the residency. The donation holds special significance as April is World Wish Month, and 2025 marks the 45th anniversary of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

A particularly emotional highlight of the final night came when Underwood reunited with Noel Miller, a former Make-A-Wish recipient she first met in 2008 when Noel was just 12 years old. Now 28, Noel joined Carrie onstage for a special performance of her hit song “All-American Girl,” a fan-favorite moment from the REFLECTION show that originally debuted during Underwood’s 2008 Carnival Ride Tour. Since the beginning of her career, Underwood has been a dedicated supporter of Make-A-Wish, fulfilling wishes and making a difference in the lives of countless children.
