Although the Hollywood movie star of the 1950s had a relatively short six-year career, her presence on the screen was captivating.

Grace Kelly, one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actresses, began her theatrical career in New York City at the young age of 20.

Yet, at the young age of 26, this beloved actress stepped out of the limelight to marry Prince Rainier III and assume the role of Princess of Monaco.

During her brief six-year acting career, this beloved actress starred in 11 successful films, won two Golden Globes and an Academy Award, and married royalty.

However, her marriage to a prominent member of the royal family led to her retirement from acting. She devoted her time to raising her three children: Caroline, Princess of Hanover; Albert II, Prince of Monaco; and Princess Stéphanie, while also engaging in charitable endeavors.

Tragically, Grace Kelly lost control of her car and was fatally injured in an accident after suffering a stroke.
