Miranda Lambert & Chris Stapleton Just Turned Nashville’s Newest Venue Into a Night to Remember
Miranda Lambert had already given Nashville plenty to celebrate with a one-night-only performance at The Truth, the city’s newest venue. But then she brought out a guest nobody in the crowd was expecting.
Lambert opened the special show with her very first single, “Kerosene,” before moving through some of her biggest hits and several songs from her brand-new album, Crisco.
Fans got to hear new tracks including “Crisco” and “Snakeskin Boots,” which Lambert performed solo, along with “A Song To Sing.”
Then came the moment that changed the entire night.

As Lambert introduced the Grammy-nominated duet, she told the crowd, “Please welcome, Mr. Chris Stapleton!”
The reaction was immediate. The Nashville crowd erupted as Stapleton walked onto the stage, turning an already special album-release celebration into an unforgettable country-music moment.
Lambert and Stapleton each have distinctive voices and songwriting styles, so seeing them share the stage created the kind of unexpected collaboration that makes live music so special.
And for the fans inside The Truth that night, it was more than just another performance.
It was a surprise they definitely weren’t expecting — and one Nashville won’t soon forget.
