Langley recently took over the Illinois State Fair in Springfield for a sold-out Friday night show, and the timing couldn’t have been better.

Because Springfield has a serious connection to one of the most iconic state fair foods of all time.

The famous Cozy Dog made its debut at the Illinois State Fair back in 1946, becoming a beloved part of the fair’s history.

And this weekend, the fair is celebrating Cozy Dog Weekend.

Fans attending Ella Langley’s sold-out show were part of an attempt to set a world record for the most Cozy Dogs eaten at the same time.
